The card that dies so your money doesn't.

Trial Armor makes single-use cards: pay once, and the card closes itself. A free trial can never quietly turn into a surprise renewal.

The free-trial trap

Trials are designed to convert before you remember to cancel. Card-updater services even re-attach your charges to a brand-new card, so changing your card number doesn't save you either.

73%of Canadians who signed up for a free trial intended to cancel it and then forgot to.
66%ended up paying for a subscription they meant to drop.

How it works

01

Create a card

Open the Trial Armor app (or the website) and mint a single-use card for one purchase.

02

Use it once

Hand the card to the trial signup. It charges exactly what you approved, once.

03

It closes itself

The card is dead after that. A renewal charge three weeks later simply declines.

An ordinary bank card, not a throwaway

Trial Armor cards are issued through a licensed sponsor bank on a standard credit BIN, so merchants see an ordinary bank card, the same kind of card they take every day. Nothing to explain, nothing that flags as prepaid or virtual, and nothing for a card-updater service to chase, because the card is gone.

It ships as a mobile app plus a full website, so your cards live wherever you sign up.

Simple pricing

~$1

per card, pay as you go. Perfect for the occasional trial.
